At OOFOS, we want you to experience the ultimate recovery; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your footwear within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Package Your Recovery Wear

  Place your unworn OOFOS in their original packaging and securely attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
